I have been training with Anatoliy for four months now. Anatoliy is very professional and always makes sure that I do not injure myself while working out. Anatoliy always explains the workout in detail. When I joined I had very weak balance and had a weak back which used to get hurt easily. In four months I can definitely see an improvement. My balance is very much better and I am no longer feeling concerned about by back. In fact in last week, I went on a slide after a long time and did 13 hours of driving in 2 days with no back problems, which is amazing.

After my first session with Anatoliy a few months ago, working out with him quickly became part of my weekly routine. Anatoliy's approach to building and maintaining a healthy lifestyle prioritizes safety and maximum benefit of every movement. With each circuit he easily articulates the intent of the exercises, is attentive to my form, and challenges my strength. Before meeting Anatoliy I was waking up with a sore back every morning from a weak core and not only is that feeling long gone, but I'm also seeing muscle definition in places I didn't think possible for me. Would highly recommend Anatoliy, hands down!

Been training with Anatoliy for almost 5 years now, very happy with the results! I am recovering from an old injury, and Anatoliy is very knowledgeable about how to adjust the exercises, and build the muscle to support of my injured areas. Definitely recommend!!
